“Jeffrey is very professional and is big on customer satisfaction. He removed a tub and put a walk in shower in. At first we had some issues with the crew clean up at the end of the day but Jeffrey was very professional and made things right. In fact the floor did not turn out to his liking so he removed and completely replaced it at his expense. He is very respectful and will listen to the customer to ensure they get what they ask for.”
